Bedtime recovery stretch to get those joints and muscles greased, groove, and loose as we also get our cortisol levels in check so we go to bed relaxed. A ~10 minute stretch routine that is good for any time of day but suggest before bed as an opportunity to realign ourselves and relax after a long day. Hope you enjoy!
